A sense of humor was the only thing that kept this mothers sanity day by day.

- worked three years at local hospital as a CNA, switch board operator, and medical transcriptionist in the radiology department
- taught kindergarten, was assistant teacher, and reading monitor for two years at private Cumberland Christian School
